1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 22phapk ("the Platform," "we," or "us"). By registering an account on 22phapk or using any part of the platform — including but not limited to the Game Lobby, Live Casino, Slots, and any associated mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

22phapk reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use 22phapk, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming platforms.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended account on 22phapk.
• You must not be excluded from gambling under any self-exclusion programme or court order.

22phapk permits only one account per person. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified 22phapk support of a security breach promptly.

22phapk will never request your password through live chat, email, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and contact support immediately.

We recommend enabling biometric login on the 22phapk mobile app where your device supports it. Logging out after each session on shared devices is also strongly advised.

4 Deposits

All deposits on 22phapk are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported deposit channels include GCash, Maya, and Philippine online banking or bank transfer. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted.
• Deposits that cannot be verified or are flagged as suspicious may be held pending review.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on 22phapk.

22phapk does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PHP to a Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. The same identity requirements apply as for deposits — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

• Withdrawals may be subject to a verification hold, particularly for first-time requests or accounts that have not previously completed identity verification.
• Processing times vary by payment channel and are estimates only. 22phapk is not liable for delays caused by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.
• Withdrawals will only be released to verified accounts. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal access restricted until KYC requirements are met.

22phapk reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation of any account suspected of fraud, bonus abuse, or policy violation.

6 Gameplay and Bets

All game outcomes on 22phapk are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Each game result is independent of previous outcomes. Past results do not predict or influence future results.

Bets are considered placed and final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for reviewing their bet selections before confirming. In the event of a verifiable technical fault on the platform's side that materially affected the outcome of a game, 22phapk may void the affected bet at its discretion. No other grounds for voiding a confirmed bet will be accepted.

Live casino results — including dealer actions and table outcomes — are final as recorded by the live stream and system log. In the event of a stream disconnection, the result recorded by the game server is authoritative.

7 Promotions and Bonuses

22phapk may from time to time offer promotions, bonuses, or other incentives to registered players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General conditions that apply to all promotions include:

• Bonuses are intended for genuine player use and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside the normal withdrawal process.
• Multiple accounts created to claim bonuses multiple times will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and suspension of all associated accounts.
• 22phapk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse or where the promotion was offered in error.

Specific wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry conditions are communicated alongside each individual promotion. 22phapk does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion at any given time.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 22phapk:

• Creating accounts using false or another person's identity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform.
• Depositing funds from third-party payment sources.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal gaming entertainment.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

9 Responsible Gaming

Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary downtime. We will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

22phapk is not liable for losses — including unrealised winnings — resulting from platform downtime, connection failures, or device-level issues outside the platform's control.

12 Amendments and Governing Terms

22phapk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users through in-app notification or registered email. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. These Terms represent the complete agreement between 22phapk and the player with respect to use of the platform.
